Middle class children = playing: women focussing more exclusively on child rearing. Middle class families had domestic help: cook, cleaning lady. Could ha(cid:448)e it (cid:862)all(cid:863) children, work, education: small growth in extended families. Stop having 6-7 children and having 3-4 bc we know that the kids would live now. Before the child death was high: monogamy.
