Document Summary
A gifted wizard tries to fight off evil with his fellow wizard friends while attending a school of witchcraft and wizardry. Summary should be: brief and to the point, capturing the most essential details of the original text, rule of thumb: no more than 25% of the original text. Summary is not: an exact copy of the original, no art of your summary should repeat the original, no quotations or copying. Reading for a summary: summarizing starts with critical and active reading, make notes, underline important passages, identify whats being said and hows it being said. Writing a summary: it is important that you clearly establish that you are summarizing someone else"s work.
