Not all psychology could be measured like mental processes and language. Classified feelings into 3 dimensions: pleasant vs. unpleasant, relax vs tense, active vs. passive. We feel emotion because of physiological effects associated with expression. Scared of bear because of heart beat, sweat and because we ran away from it. Continues even in periods of gap like sleep. Ideas are useful based on adaption to world. Focused on mind-body relationship; mind is adaptable and understood as black and white. We have selective with attention and habits hard to change.
