Metastasize entered into venous or lymphatic system, deposit themselves throughout the body: lungs, bone, brain, etc. Dysplasia abnormal changes n size/shape/number of cells, looks like a mess: when hyperplasia and metaplasia go array, associated with neoplasm growth, can progress but does not indicate cancer.
