A group of people who interact and work toward a common goal (similar: what"s an organization) Have convos in person, through internet, etc. Team size will vary, but most effective teams embody 6-7 people. Team level and diversity: level of experience, ability, experience, as well as differences among members. Senior / level / junior emps in 1 team: level of ability varies, but junior emps ability with excel.
