There is no unique, correct answer in the case study method. The case study method usually involves three stages: Its possible to develop scenarios, or short case studies, that require students to know and to apply their knowledge of important concepts. Scenarios can be used to address specific issues organizational commitment, performance, ethical behavior, etc. Having student work through complex, ambiguous, real world problems engages students with the course material.
