Most manager try to follow a policy of illing job vacancies about the entry level posiion through promoions and transfers. Promoing employees rewards them for past performances and encourages them to coninue their eforts, it also givens other employees a reason to believe that if they perform, they will get promoted. Internal labour markets: labour market in which workers are hired into entry level jobs and higher levels are illed from within. Global sourcing: the business pracice of searching for and uilizing goods sources from around the world. A company"s efort to help exising and prospecive workers understand why it is a desirable place to work. Think of applicants as consumers and focus on what they want in terms of jobs and careers as opposed to what an organizaion has to sell them.
