According to the current situation, bill and jake are operating companies in a total different way. Bill prefers his employees to work as a team, but bill is more focusing on individual work. So as the exchange program operating, it does not provide the expected experience as it meant to be. The employees in two different locations have conflict working habits and attitude which leads to more stressful employees and low productivity. For solving the existing problem, hiring a human resource manager can help to reconcile the conflicts of work habits and attitude that arise within the exchange problem. Also, hr manager can help to increase the productivity by training and coaching the employees who comes from the other location. In the meantime, hr manager can make sure that the employees are working efficiently and they know what and how to do their task properly.
