Tms and tdcs can be used to induce or enhance plasticity which allows learning to happen faster and learn new tasks. If you use these stimulation techqniues with physical therapy you will have faster improvement. Cerebellum damage from various reasons( same as cortex) stroke, blood trauma, tumors cerebellum does timing/sequences putting together/really involved in balance within stimuli coordination problems, timing problems, balance problems.
