Goal of a golf swing, not every person will have the same movement. Discrete motor skills ( clear beginning and end . Don"t have to think as much about your performance. Increase in consistency ( that is the difference b/w a novice. Associative stage = better understanding of expectations: increase in confidence and error detection.
