If you use plyometrics you can increase your power more. You can do it from the knees and add weights for variation. You can make it harder by changing point of object : e. g. , doing the exercise in one leg. Distance of the drill: if you do longer distance then you will exert more power. High impacts exercise (high intensity) then the reps would be lower.
