Document Summary
In the case of partial water drainage of the mer bleue marsh, the forest. Based on the incidence plotted on the graph (figure 1), aralia nudicaulis is best adapted to the forest. The forest habitat at mer bleue has an upper and lower region that differ slightly in elevation; and it is evident that aralia nudicaulis has best adapted to the dry, shady, and less humid environment offered. The damper habitats such as the marsh and bog do not provide ideal conditions for this plant: prediction: habitat of the aralia nudicaulis would not be significantly affected. This is because it is already a rather dry environment receiving water from precipitation, not directly from the marsh. Consequently, water drainage would not have an impact on the abundance of the plant in its preferred habitat. In contrast, partial water drainage could be beneficial to the distribution of this plant throughout mer bleue.
