Other ways to deal with allergies besides antihistamines: decongestants. Antihistamines don"t work, decongestants don"t work -> doctor will prescribe steroids. Don"t have to worry about the side effects of anabolic steroids. Rhinocourt spray also has a steroid in it. Common in food allergies and insect bites. But can happen with any type of allergy. Heavy duty defense mechanism: swelling in throat and tongue, cutting off airway.
