The common law of defamation libel is in fact unconstitutional. If a court order requires a journalist to hand over their notes and if you do not do what the court order says so you"re in contempt. The contempt preceding that was initiated by scientology represented by their lawyer manning was bogus, based on falsehood. And they knew it but they preceded anyways. A motion is an action that a party brings to request the court of some court of action. You have to go through the procedure, you have to make a request. A formal request that the court sanction casey hill because of the alleged violation of the court order. He reads the formal motion document requesting the court to bring contempt preceding against casey hill. The contempt preceding comes to a close with the judge for preceding for an action that they clearly knew that was based on false occasion.
