More generally when we talk about dealings we talk about how people deal in copyrighted works. You can deal legally by reproducing an image cause you have a license to do so. The nature of dealing, the way you deal is one way in which you can infringe copyrights. Ethics is a system of regulations and provide framework within which individuals can enact their morals. Ethics in a sense can be looked at as being embodied, as an act.
