He came up with 3 stages of moral reasoning: pre-conventional, conventional, and, post-conventional (they so the right thing because they believe that that it is their obligation to do so. ) Value concept that refers to relative worth of a quality or object. Individual and organizational values: when it comes to values there is always going to be a conflict between your professional and individual values. Value orientations, value congruence: you are looking into consistency. Terminal values: will be your ideal goals, when it comes to terminal values you could refer to long-term goals people have. Instrumental values: what people do, theses goals are more like strategies ways in which you figure out how you"re going to get there. Self-esteem (is part of a possible self-concept)
