Adapting is key and if you don"t problems can occur. Usually involves change in the aftermath of the crisis. Crisis can be about making a shift and changing of the better potienal. They usually do the same thing same coping mechanism then there is no change. Something different then usual its not in our comfort zone that can cause us stress. Tone of voice - the fluence of their voice the pitch could be intense, they wont talk loud they could be difficult to hear even.
