Physically and mentally able to perform the duties of the position, having regard to his or her own safety and the safety of the public. Good vision (20/40) (6/12), using guns, colour vision. G license, no more than 6 demerit points. Police services making efforts to increase the number of visible minority, female, Ontario provincial police"s peace (police ethnic and cultural exchange) initiative.
