Prisons were not historically designed for aging people. Wider cells would be needed, grab bars, structural add ons. People are more likely to get sentenced to a longer sentence. When you are not getting this money, you are tight on funds than a short one. (ex: someone who has struggled with because of relapses. If you keep pattern, your sentences get longer and longer along the addiction) constant in and out of prison demonstrating this. People who have grown old way. in prison. Could we make some exceptions for aging people in prison who need. Types of injuries for aging people: medical attention. Teeth start to rot as you get older.
