Communists were making it harder for the workers. Rise of communism: in the era of ww1, there was no peace and security, ppl needed security. In the inter-war period, what kind of governing structures are going to work. Many of these the democratic countries became dictatorship, and communism was outlawed. Those communists were all in jail, which let them organize themselves in the prison. Eastern europe btw the world wards many of the democratic countries became dictatorships. If something goes wrong they are the ones to blaim. There is a strict highearchy in these communist parties. All these little countries that were communist were ruled by moscow. It"s the only successful soviet union, so everyone looked up to them.
