There are ethnic and cultural differences for events such as death, dying, and bereavement. This means that although death is deeply personal, it is also conditional by culture and society. It was declared that there would be one year of mourning for the king of thailand who died last week. There was huge international outpouring of grief after princess diana"s death because she was the people"s princess". The colours of death (black vs. white and other colours): people have been taking a less rigorous approach to what can be worn at funerals; wearing all black is no longer always a requirement. Individuals who are at the end of their life tend to want their spiritual beliefs honoured, to say goodbye to their relatives, to be ready to go", and to make plans for their death. A lot of people are afraid of dying alone.
