Farmers from northern ireland were brought into londonderry oslo and truno, 1760s to setle area. Yorkshire men brought to old acadian setlements who knew how to use dyke systems setle there. Scots brought to setle in pictou and prince edward island. 20 000 people setled in new briish territories. Expansive naion, moving out into diferent parts of the world, chaoic world, has a desire for order and balance. Execuive, legislaive and juridical, they all balance one another. Charlotetown, set in a grid, all balanced, st. john, sidney, luxenberg are too. Balance in government and city planning and architecture.
