Voice of medical health professionals come from doctors instead of nurses, although nurses are the one that are the front line of health care. Back to the streets moved from care in the community to care in the institutions (i. e hospitals) and now back to focus on the community (i. e home care to age at home) Poverty in 19th c expected to be lazy and drunk; it was your fault. Large families, overcrowded cities caused ppl to move to canada and america; potato famine in ireland.
