Person to person: endogenous (paients own lora) or exogenous (outside paient) Suscepible host: person infected with microorganism carried by one of the routes of transmission. Route of infecion: the way microorganisms leave source to infect host. Host: depends on how suscepible individual is, age, and immune status. Rendering the source non-infecious or prevening the microorganism from leaving source. Interferes with spread of infecious anigen through routes of transmission.
