Difference between positive and negative self talk: negative. Ex: its just an other piece in life, if i don"t apply i have zero chance. Perception: process through which you select organize, and interpret sensory stimuli in the world around you. Perception checking: decode message accurately reduce misunderstanding and conflict allow for fair and appropriate responses.
