Changing the type of effects but not making health impacts worse. Increase in mean and variance means increases at both ends. Who estimates 150,000 excess deaths due to climate change. Vast majority of these deaths occur in sub-saharan africa. Dieiting makes slightly obsessive, competing with other people doing diets.
