Sport canada tries to include everybody as a federal aspect in sport. Policy and planning : whats good for sport and what do we need to improve. Sport excellence : they manage the money. Objectives : before it was all about winning medals. They want high performance sport to be the thing. Less popular or less known sports can now apply to have founding they just have to prove that they are a sport. (ex. Summer sports get more funding than winter sports. Everything is always evolving and now they have to be careful with social medias. People in there 40"s wants to come back in the competition world. Managing expectation of a lot of people concerning the sports that are popular and sport that are developing but not as popular as other.
