Wants to provde a rational choice for individual rights. Only person well a cquainted with the exact circumstances of any situation are competent to judge. Concerned as well with man sould be happy but as well as be able to fulfill our individual potential. Will be better for society as whole- more creative. Acccoridng to mills sophitacated individual is of more benefit to society then one conern than one with immediate pleasure. You always need antagozism, because without it society will not progress. It is necessary ultimately because of critical thinking- to be able to correct false opinion. And understands the belief that we can never achieve absolute knowledge. We have to ensure that a variety of opinions because we cant achieve absolute knowledge. Individual must be mentally and morally at work with experience. For male truth its osmeting we all discover for ourself. Suppressed opinion may we true and therefore it mught be subjected to utility.
