Based in sciences, most of us are moderately hypnotizable, and there are few people who are highly hyponotizable and few people who are difficult or impossible to hypnotizable. Does not enhance your memory; if you cannot remember what happens to you, hypnosis will not help you remember. Hypnosis can be dangerous: many people under the influence of hypnosis may develop false memories. During hypnosis, people may mix fact and fantasy. Under hypnosis, you retain full and total control; you do not lose your moral compass, values, principles. You are able to stop a hypnotic session at any time you want.
