Genetic and environmental in uences: genetic in uences: intelligence is polygenetic, environmental intelligence. Flynn effect: steady increase in iq with every new generation. Digital dementia: decline in cognitive abilities in young children (exhibiting brain damage) due to their over-reliance on technology. Stress: interferes with cognitive abilities: group differences in intelligence test scores. Are these races genetically smarter? or is it due to environmental factors.
