Argued that maslow is based on aristotle"s theory of eudiamonia. Model is directed at those who have power over others: this is very helpful in workplace psychology, if you want someone to work hard, you must meet their physiological needs rst and that will create motivation. Erg theory existence relatedness and growth: basic needs, get along with others and growth needs.
