Attachment styles: secure 60%: parenting style is aligned with the child and in tune with the child"s emotions. The child is able to create meaningful relationships, are empathetic, and able to set appropriate boundaries: avoidant 20%: parenting style is unavailable or rejecting. The child avoids closeness or emotional connection; they are critical, rigid, and intolerant: ambivalent 10-15%: inconsistent and sometimes intrusive parental communication. The child is anxious, insecure, controlling, blaming, erratic, unpredictable, sometimes charming: disorganized 10-15%: the child is ignored and did not have their needs met, parental behaviour was frightening and traumatizing.
