The repercussions of keeping people longer and longer. Diagnose/treat/cure doesn"t work for chronic diseases and loss of a function due to aging. Governments believe that the family should take care of the family but: caregiving is a long time where people are living longer in needy conditions, families are smaller and mores spread out. Individuals with 3+ daughters or daughters-in-law have a 50% chance of not being in a nursing home.
