Schizotypal personality disorder: less severe than schizophrenia (personality disorder) Delusions: a misrepresentation of reality (unrealistic and bizarre beliefs not shared by others in the culture) Delusions of gradeur: belief that one is particularly famous or important. Delusions of persecution: a belief that other people are out to get or harm the person. Hallucinations: the experience of sensory events without any input from the surrounding environment.
