Depressed moor or diminished interest and pleasure. Lack of sleep, wake up early and cannot get back to sleep. Agitated or moving around a lot, or slowed down and sluggish. Difficulty making decisions (small decisions that are usually easy. Recurrent suicidality, or suicide attempts (thoughts of death, vague death thoughts or super specific) Fatigue or loss of energy for at least 2 weeks, for most of the day, nearly everyday. Grandiosity (what i have to have is much more important than. High and elevated mood (big in the room, a big mood, a what you have to say) noticeable mood) Episode has to last at least 1 week (most of the day, nearly everyday) or hospitalization. But only has to last 4 days. Not impairing, but a change from normal activity. Can be attached to any of the episodes. Mixed features: significant risk factor for bipolar disorder. Two or more episodes, separated by two months is called.
