I hate school and i hate you all . Real case that the prof has seen and treated. Complex presentation, seemed like many different issues. Multi-method and multi-informant: 2 sessions with parents, consent to speak with school and old daycare, 1 session with molly/mom, 1 session with molly, school observation, daycare consultation, measures by molly, dad, mom, teacher. Loved to skate but not with other people: behavioural outburst/tantrums. Throw, kick, punch, bite, hit: fear of germs. Typical developmental history: always been a child with a more difficult temperament. Family history of depression and anxiety on both sides: mom was on medications (felt happier on meds) Spend a lot of time alone in her room. Didn"t like other siblings in her room: nervous and shy. She kept a tally of which classmates washed their hands and what objects they touched. She was english but in a 100% french school.
