Sexual practices:
-Less condom use has been reported in older GSM men
-Less casual partners in aging sexual minorities
-Certain GSM reported greater levels of measure and arousal with age
-Older men wanting to engage in more sexual activities
Disclosing habits:
-Older MSM disclose HIV status less than their younger counterparts
-Older MSM: less self-efficacy in engaging in safe-sex practices
-Lack of disclosure may be due to the triple discrimination of older adult, HIV positive, and GSM
•Fear of isolation and rejection also contribute
-Multiple methods to disclose: hinting and prompting
•Hinting: individual planting clues and hoping that their partner will notice
•Prompting: only discussing HIV status if asked
Mental health:
-Bisexual men are more prone to:
