What does personality mean to you: the way you think and act, something that is innate that others can observe and react to us (our temperament) *the phenomenological paper: dialogue with yourself, engage yourself, and face your obstacles/fears. Those that dialogue the(cid:373)sel(cid:448)es ha(cid:448)e thi(cid:374) (cid:373)asks; those that do(cid:374)"t ha(cid:448)e thi(cid:272)k masks. In the past you had to adhere to your role; it matters who you are. This began to shift with the industrial evolution; when factories were being built, we needed tremendous workforce to come into the cities; people were going to the industrial centers. People who own the industrial centers had to observe the workers to see who is good at what; As people (cid:271)ega(cid:374) to frag(cid:373)e(cid:374)t people"s a(cid:271)ilities, (cid:449)e had to group people (cid:271)ased o(cid:374) their traits . We can now shift and change those traits and dispositions. Some psychologists like to still say that these traits are inborn.
