Should we be concerned about people exercising their right to get procedures done abroad that are illegal or restricted in canada (ie. the empowered consumer ) Seen as cutting the line because you have the money to do so. Now we can assist couples with ivf (invetro-fertilization) Some infertility is due to delayed childbearing.
