Document Summary

Why are things the way that they are (and not some other way?) When people come together, we create things that did not exist before. The way we do things are structured in a particular way, however, that is not the. Ex: religion, justice, education, etc (note 1) only way we could live. We are readily aware of something out there that is more than just parts. It exists in the spaces between and extraordinarily powerful. Testing and studying it is very difficult. We are all members of the thing we are studying. Driving a car, we know how to make it go from point a to point b. We know how to use cars but we do not actually understand how it works. It is like a fish trying to study water. A group of people who have something in common. A group that shares geographical location and institution. An institution is anything that is shared practice among people.
