Habitus examining who we are as a process where we live. Challenge sociologist and a more holistic approach. Collectively orchestrated without being the product of the orchestrating action of a conductor. Certain elements which make up who we are (changeable) How does habitus, field and capital interact in various social relations. Each individual do not hold the same meaning. Social relations combination of all factors happening simultaneously. Playing with existing dominant media and cultural symbols to import subversive or alternate meanings to them. They are collective efforts using non institutionalized methods. Ordinary people to change some aspect of their society by using extra- institutional means less emphasis on collective identity. Risk one may see social movements everywhere. Movement arise when there are resources available. Someone has to give us resources to make it happen. Involves tangible (funding) and intangible assets (commitment of participants) Resources as a motivate to accomplish a particular goals.
