Transmission of social values - most of the values we know we start to learn in the household. I(cid:374) relatio(cid:374) to a fir(cid:373) : without the family the firm will not have employees. If you do not learn the social values from your family, you will not fit into the social unit of the firm. Society although it is a mega-unit needs all of the other units in order to function.
