Individual attributes types of ways parents parent their children, parents personality, education how they were raised, parents are protective of children, blame child for everything, Parental belief system philosophy of parenting, what we think about parents. Variation on parental behaviour, child temperament and the influence on parenting styles can"t be independent from the children. Permissiveness/restrictiveness thought to be dichotomous rather than continuous. Democratic families ultra modern, all share resources, kids and adults equivalent to one another, permissiveness comes from warmth.
