Language allows us to communicate information and ideas especially complicated ones e. g. steps in building that canoe. They try to imitate everything that the model is doing because they appreciate the fact each step is required, but not necessarily know why each step must be done. Focus on fulfilling goal of the model. Observes model doing things, but not necessarily internalize the different techniques that the model is doing. More or less just taking those objects/elements and figure out how to do it on their own. Focus on how to manipulate an object to change the environment. The more individuals that are there to the group, the more are there individuals are there to innovate, also more models to choose from and opportunities to collaborate. Greater likelihood that one or more group members will be able to imitate well.
