Clearance rate/cleared crime: police identified a suspect. It assists citizens in private disputes: suing someone or filing lawsuit aainst a person or business. Law in action: decisions, actions, experiences individuals or organizations have that involve law, these can influence whether law or legal consequences might be important for how dcisions are made.
