The expectation is that you will take the labs seriously, arrive prepared and actively participate. As such, there are no marks for participation. There are however, penalties for not adhering to these expectations. The tas will take attendance and make note of late arrivals. The tas will also observe student participation, conduct and preparedness in the labs. You will be working in groups so not everyone can be doing something at every moment.
