We don"t criicize what we learn as far as what it takes to be either sexes (binary). Many of these characterisic are described in contrast with each other. Current society oten funcions through an understanding that men and women are fundamentally diferent. It is a pain to communicate and engage with each other because we are supposed to like diference things and communicate diferent things. Types of movies each gender is supposed to like. Chick licks vs. explosions, bullets, and maybe dialogue (stoic is preferred) Romanic comedies vs. die hardestest the mega super hard ediion! Communicaion styles: modes of dress, meal preferences. Direct from media and discourse: overall, while grossly exaggerated, the construcion of diference is found in the everyday sphere.
