Soluble in cold water, hot water, diethyl ether. Non-explosive in presence of open flames and sparks, of shocks. Very hazardous in case of skin contact, eye contact, ingestion, inhalation. Inhalation of the spray mist may produce severe irritation of respiratory tract, characterized by coughing, choking, or shortness of breath. Inflammation of the eye is characterized by redness, watering, and itching. Skin inflammation is characterized by itching, scaling, reddening, or, occasionally, blistering. Eye contact: remove any contact lenses, flush eyes with plenty of water, get medical attention. Skin contact: flush skin with plenty of water, cover the irritated skin with an emollient, get medical attention immediately. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen, get medical attention. Ingestion: do not induce vomiting, never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person, loosen tight clothing, get medical attention. Keep away from incompatibles such as oxidizing agents, organic materials, metals, alkalis, moisture. Slight solubility in water; soluble in acids with evolution of carbon dioxide.
