Manuscripts tracts, allowed people to exchange ideas informally, could be written by hands, until the late twentieth century, people were very skilled at writing by hand, before electronic means before communication, they wrote several dozens letters a day. Printed pamphlets, booklets, visual culture is very important, people often shared an exchange of printed materials. Newspapers and variety magazines, periodical publications appeared around the 17th century, appeared regularly, weekly/monthly/annually, regularized certain kinds of conversation between scholars. Madrasas was a prestigious and very useful vehicle of education.
