Government documents: important considering the country"s origin, the census"s show who lived in the country during a given time (population) Maps: features its capital, mexico city, mexico used to show the military (performing rituals/sacrifices, used to describe big stories in ancient mexican history. Fiction/literature: tells stories to illustrate the relationships between maya indians and latinos (non-indigenous people) to give us a clue of how life was like back in the day. Personal narratives: letters, memoirs, diaries, oral histories: to give a perspective from one person on how life was like during his time, to give a personal perspective on his opinions. Museums and three-dimensional artifacts: to examine the methodology of how things were made back in the day. Film: could tell you about the period in which people lived in, what did people then think about the period about which they lived in.
